Information you submit
The appointment form asks for your name, phone number, chosen service, and preferred date and time. Email, vehicle details, registration, notes, and photographs are optional. Please avoid sending identity documents, payment-card details, or unrelated personal information.
How a request is handled
When email is configured, the website sends your request and any attached photographs to the PITT STOP mailbox to handle your enquiry. The application does not save form submissions or photographs to a database or disk. Email systems, hosting logs, and messaging providers may retain information separately.
WhatsApp and Google Maps
WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, where you decide whether to send the prepared message. Photos are not transferred automatically. The homepage map connects to Google when it loads as you approach the location section. The contact-page map connects only when you choose to load it. These services process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Website storage and abuse prevention
The website can store a public offline page and brand icons in your browser. It does not store your booking data there or queue requests offline. Temporary abuse-prevention counters use hashed identifiers in server memory. No advertising analytics or marketing trackers are enabled in this release.
